Problem : developing first-person game by Unity 3D

Hi! I am a Developer making poker game as Unity3D.

So to speak, the maxium Numbers of Player is 5 people, it become first-person game.
like, whoever the person play game can see each others.

So We placed each players on vertex of pentagon, But the problem is
it's hard to show their playing to other players.

We hope to making game just like it which i upload picture!
That game already exist , it means the solution also exist...
I wish you help me, please
