WebGL WebSockets too slow for twitch-based realtime multiplayer?

Hello! I posted this over on Photon's forums as well, but not sure how active they are so I figured I'd post here too (sorry if that's taboo). Admittedly this is my first PUN project and first multiplayer project, so hopefully this is just a rookie mistake!

I'm working on a tech demo in Unity WebGL that uses PUN for realtime multiplayer. Think of it as a 2-4...
