I have the "Use WebSockets" box ticked however still get the (WebGL cannot be server) and can't join

What am I doing wrong? I've read Networking.NetworkManager.useWebSockets could work but not sure how to implement it. I just wanna have my network work in WebGL which is annoying task, seeing as though it's so easy to do for a mac windows linux built. how do I implement useWebSockets. extremely poor documentation in the manual and anywhere I've looked

By the way, yes I have posted about this on the WebGL board but haven't had any responses in 3 days so...
