Well, I have been going around and around searching for this answer. Gone quite far using Unity's own networking solution, but we got to a point where there is too much lag when we run the game on a server authoritative manner. So we thought about having running it on our own servers, because due to physical distances, in some places of the globe, it is simply not possible to have a game running in a satisfactory manner.
