Duplication of Matches

Now that I'm able to leave a Match that I've hosted and re-hosting a new Match. However, I have multiple of the same Lobby being created whenever I try re-host a new Match.

- How do I "Clear" the duplication as I mentioned above?
- What is the solution to this issue?

Anyone may come and give me a hand, I'm appreciated.

Note:
- The amount of the same room being created whenever I try re-host a new Match. = To the amount of times I re-Host a Lobby-Match.
